In our journey of “moving back to roots” we have involved many artisans in handcrafting Nutreat. We are proudly reintroducing you one more artisan who silently crafts the beautiful and motherly “ clay pots” for us with his hands and enrich our daily cooking process with heavenly mud……

“Arhar Dal (toor dal) when cooked in clay pot retains 100% of micronutrients, 93% in Brass and 87% in Bronze utensils while in pressure cooker it is only 15%” – CDRI

The descendants of prajapati- Should defintely deserve a salute as they craft the best things of our daily lives with amazing health benefits like ……

“Clay pot is the only utensil that allows air while cooking which means there is a lot of moisture and less oil/fat requirement. The divine clay is alkaline in nature and when food is cooked it neutralises the PH of the food and acts as natural detox. Clay is naturally rich in VIT-B which is incorporated into the foods while cooking, so no vit-B deficiency”

Through his intensive research on clay pots and it’s uses Mr.Rajiv Dixit proved that cooking in clay pot is a slow process which ensures maximum micronutrient retention”

Knowingly or unknowingly the benefits, this artisan owns the wonderful art of moulding an ordinary clay into beautiful decor or useful utensil right from the inception of civilisation.

In India there are almost 90 lakh potters who barely earn their living. On an average a potter spends 10hrs a day to craft 20–30 pots out of mud from nearest farm but earns 200 to 500 per day.We buy B-Complex @4500/- of 15 tablets with side effects but not a mud pot rich in vit-B with no side effects.

Nutreatlife is just trying to move back to the roots of India with the help of all these artisans like potters, stone carvers etc. while handcrafting foods using our indigenous techniques as well as to support them. Of course in our mechanical lives we pay no attention to all these artisans except through the glass doors.

But through this article we pay a tribute to “The Potters” of India and promise to motivate at least few people and create awareness among them through our products.

We thank Mr.Rajiv Dixit who is one of our influencers in using these wonderful clay pots for healthy cooking process through his motivational speeches.

I thank Mrs.LakshmiMadhuri a mom of 2 beautiful kids, yoga practitioner and Volunteer #projectsanative and Mrs.Vidya B a mom of super energetic boys, enthusiastic cook, quick learner and volunteer #projectsanative for helping with their research on clay pots and studies of Rajiv Dixit to write up this article on Potters.
